Meet Kelsey

Meet Kelsey, founder and lead injector at All Aesthetics. With over 14 years of medical experience, Kelsey combines a deep understanding of patient safety with an artistic eye for natural-looking results.
Her journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans in 2008, followed by four years working in the Intensive Care Unit. She then pursued advanced training, earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nurse Anesthesia from TCU in 2014.
For the next decade, Kelsey worked as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) before transitioning into aesthetics in 2022. Today, she brings the latest techniques and a compassionate touch to every treatment she offers.
Beyond the Treatment Room
Kelsey is proud to call the Houston Heights home, where she lives with her husband and two daughters. Originally from Baton Rouge, she loves traveling, spending time with family, baking, and exploring the mountains of Colorado. When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find her enjoying sushi (her favorite food) or winding down with a good book—right now, she’s reading Fourth Wing.

Meet Our Medical Director
Dr. Jesse Hebert serves as the Medical Director of All Aesthetics. A board-certified anesthesiologist in Houston, TX, Dr. Hebert earned his medical degree from McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston and completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine. His oversight ensures every treatment at All Aesthetics is performed with the highest standards of safety and care.
